Southdene Ltd
With 15 years of experience of organizing music for weddings, corporate functions and other events, Southdene Ltd is a well-established company providing high quality music and a reliable, friendly service. Liz Roberts, who formed the company in 1996, performs at almost every event and also manages the groups.
We use a small pool of carefully selected musicians, many of whom also perform regularly with orchestras such as the BBC Philharmonic, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Opera North & Halle. The musicians have all studied at the Royal Northern College of Music and/or one of the country’s other leading music conservatoires. We take very good care of our musicians and have loyal players regularly returning from London and Ireland to play with us.
Our collective CV includes performances with Ronan Keating, Jarvis Cocker, & Lesley Garret and television performances on the X factor, Britain’s Got Talent & Tonight’s the Night.
Corporate clients include John Lewis, Emirates, Jaguar & Land Rover.
