Booking Procedure

  1. Call or email to check that we are available for the date that you require.
  2. Fill out a booking form. This can be downloaded here:Microsoft WordPDF Alternatively, please contact us if you wish to be sent a booking form by post.
  3. Return booking form and a deposit of £100. The deposit is non-returnable. Please make cheques payable to ‘Southdene Ltd’ and write your name, phone number and the date of the wedding on the back of the cheque.
  4. You will receive written confirmation of the booking. For a wedding ceremony booking you will also receive a complimentary Wedding Music CD.
  5. Further contact is by phone or email. Clients can confirm exact timings and music choices at their convenience.
