For bookings taking place at more than 1 venue, simply put start time at first venue and finish time at 2nd venue.
We do not have extra travel charges.
(For wedding ceremony, please book at least 30 minutes before ceremony commencement)
If you want music not currently on our list, you can order a custom arrangement. These are £60 per song or piece.

A deposit of £100 for the Duo and £200 for the Quartet is required to confirm your booking with Southdene. This is payable to Southdene Ltd. and is non-returnable. Please put the date of your booking as the reference for all bank payments.
This agreement may not be cancelled less than 6 months prior to the booking date, including shortening the length of booking. Any cancellations less than 6 months before the booking date shall not prejudice the right to payment of Southdene Ltd.
The balance of the inclusive fee shall be payable by cheque or bank transfer at least 12 weeks before the date of the performance.
Musicians will need to take short breaks during an engagement.
If for any reason we have to cancel the performance before, or on the day of your event, you will receive a full refund of any monies you have paid only. You agree this will be the limit of any financial (or other) responsibilities we have to compensate you.
We can perform outside under good weather conditions, but an indoor alternative must be provided in case of bad conditions including wind, cold or rain. The decision whether to perform outside will be made by their musicians at the time of performance and you agree that their decision will be final. We do not supply cover of any kind and will not compensate you if our musicians are unable to perform outside due to adverse weather.
Each of our musicans have public liability insurance.
